Hi, I’m kayla
I’m an HPCSA- and AHCS-accredited Exercise Physiologist and Biokineticist, specialised in evidence-based exercise interventions for injury rehabilitation, cardiac recovery, and women’s health support.
I have a depth of experience ranging from general strength and conditioning to treating individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, managing chronic conditions, navigating complex health challenges, and women who are either pre- or post-natal or in menopause.
I deliver a holistic and individualised model of care, recognising that each client presents with unique goals, challenges, and circumstances.
Expert guidance to help you move with purpose, strength, and ease.
My approach combines evidence-based exercise prescription, collaboration with healthcare providers, and comprehensive education to empower clients and support independence. My focus is on long-term outcomes while improving quality of life.
Through my work, I aim to not only restore movement and function, but also to promote overall wellbeing. By addressing both the physical and lifestyle factors influencing health, I ensure that clients are supported in achieving sustainable outcomes.

"She is the most encouraging"
"I have been seeing Kayla for a few months now and I am more than pleased with our recently assessed results. Whilst actual weight loss has indeed occurred, I am delighted with the reduction from the stomach, hips and surrounding areas. She is the most encouraging and even pushes me in order to obtain our combined goals."

"I couldn’t recommend her more"
"After breaking my humerus with a fall, Kayla came twice weekly to do specific and adapted exercises to restore my arm. Moreover, Kayla now comes to my home in order to maintain my general health. Kayla is professional, punctual, polite and very good-natured with a good sense of humour. I couldn’t recommend her more. "

kAYLA is invested in my recovery as a whole"
“Kayla was recommended to me by my stroke consultant in London, whom I was seeing for support with chronic fatigue following three strokes. He emphasised that exercise would be a key component in my recovery and specifically suggested I work with Kayla rather than a personal trainer because of her understanding of medical conditions and her careful, considered approach.
What sets Kayla apart is that she sees the whole person, not just the exercises. She genuinely cares about your overall wellbeing, your health, recovery, and long-term progress -not simply what happens within a training session. That holistic, person-first mindset makes a significant difference.
Kayla is highly mindful of preventing a fatigue “crash” after sessions, carefully monitoring how I respond and adjusting the intensity accordingly. This doesn’t mean she doesn’t challenge me, she absolutely does but she progresses things gradually and intelligently, always guided by how I’ve recovered from the previous session. I couldn’t recommend her more”
